In onze private setting train je HYROX met coach-geleide 60’ classes en duidelijke blokken. We bouwen je engine en kracht gestructureerd (runs, sled push/pull, SkiErg/Row, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls) — met regressies/progressies en race-pacing die past bij jouw level (Open/Pro/Doubles/Relay). Programming that scales houdt je gezond, sneller en consistent — zodat je levert op raceday én in je week.

The UDP™ Hyrox Method

We combineren engine work (runs/ergs), task-strength (sleds/carries/lunges) en movement efficiency (wall balls/burpees) in coach-geleide blokken. Elk blok heeft een duidelijk doel: Base (duur, techniek, houdingen), Specific (race-volgorde, station-transitions, pacing) en Taper (prikkel scherp, vermoeidheid omlaag). Je logt sessies in de app; we reviewen splits, RPE en recovery om bij te sturen. Test Days simuleren raceday (incl. fueling/transition-flow). Resultaat: minder willekeur, meer controle — race-ready without the smash.
